China Voyager - Chinese style restaurant

Today I'd like to introduce China Voyager. This restaurant is located in Adventure land of Tokyo Disneyland. The restaurant was made by the grandchild of a Chinese cook who renovated a old boat house.

This restaurant's menu items are mainly Chinese-style noodles and Chinese snacks. Soup noodles (black pepper pork noodles, Sichuan-style ramen and shrimp & vegetables noodles), side dish (stewed cubes of pork in black bean sauce over rice with a steamed meat bun), dessert (almond jelly and mango pudding) and beverages. There is child's set for kids up to 8 years old. It included soup noodles, fruit jellied dessert and apple juice. The price is 770 yen.

I went to this restaurant for the second time. I ate shrimp & vegetables in pork soup. The price was 1,010 yen. The ramen soup is Paitan"白湯" . (Paitan means ramen with a whitish chicken-bone soup). Paitan is refreshing and the noodles are soft. There are three big white prawns in the ramen. The fresh firm feel of the prawn and the crispness of the bean sprouts are an exquisite texture. I ate this ramen for the first time, and I thought it was very delicious!! So I want to eat again.

This restaurant is cooking stuff are technicians. They can make ramen faster than the eye can follow. I was surprised.

Finally, this restaurant seats about 260. Most of seats are mainly terrace seats. In the winter, it's freezing cold outside. There are seats inside, but they are few in number. This restaurant only one of served noodles in Tokyo Disneyland. Please eat to high-quality noodles.

Queen of Hearts Banquet Hall - The Heart of the Queen's Castle

Today I'd like to introduce Queen of Hearts Banquet Hall. This restaurant is located in Fantasyland of Tokyo Disneyland. This restaurant has unique desserts, and a wide variety of dishes. This restaurant has the motif of the Alice in Wonderland movie.

The restaurant menu items are western food. Example entrees is (beef patty and cheese with demi-glace and raspberry sauces, fried seafood with tartar sauce, grilled swordfish and flank steak), salad (caesar salad and chicken salad), soup (cream of corn soup and minestrone),  dessert (chocolate cake, strawberry mousse, unbirthday cake, fresh fruit), rice or bread and choice of soft drink. From this menu you can choose what you want to eat.

I went to this restaurant many times. I ordered the flank steak, rice and dessert. The price was 2,670 yen. The flank steak sauce is a refreshing style Japanese sauce. There were three pieces of steak cut thin. The steak has chewy and not too tender, not too hard.

The dessert is "unbirthday cake". This cake has the motif of Alice's story. There were kiwi fruit, strawberries, peaches and blueberries on the cake, and peach and fresh cream in the cake. The taste was not  too sweet and the sponge cake was not too dry. If you have a birthday or anniversary day, you can change the plate from unbirthday to happy birthday! 

Finally, this restaurant seats about 460. The atmosphere is like being is in the wonderland. The playing card soldiers meet the guests. On the walls and windows, there are various characters from Alice in Wonderland. Would you go to the country of Alice?

Casbah Food Court - A cheaper curry restaurant

Today I'd like to introduce Casbah Food Court. This restaurant is located in the Arabian Coast area of Tokyo Disneysea. Arabian Coast has the motif of the Aladdin movie. You can enjoy the atmosphere of Arabian and eat delicious Arabian food.

The restaurant menu items are mainly curry with rice and naan. These menu items are only at this location of Tokyo Disneysea. The main dishes are beef curry, shrimp curry, chicken curry and curry sampler (beef, shrimp and chicken). These menu items come with rice and naan. The price is about 1,ooo yen. And you can mild beef or chicken curry are also available.

There are also seasonal menu items. For there is a example limited time menu for Halloween. The special set is black curry with spicy chicken served with rice and naan, raspberry and chocolate mousse and choice of soft drink. The price is 1,580 yen. The food is in the image of Jafa from the Aladdin movie. 

I went to this restaurant many times. I ordered the mild chicken curry with rice and naan. The price was 780 yen. Chicken curry is more expensive than other curries. The chicken is large and tender. The curry is mild, but a little spicy and the taste is authentic. The naan is bigger than the dish, and a little is hard to chew. It's large and very delicious. The best thing is it's reasonable and you can eat high-quality curry.

Finally, the restaurant seats about 850. It's a spacious place and you can relax and slowly eat your meal. There is mild curry available, so you can eat with children. The restaurant has terrace seats, so you can see the Arabian view. At night, you can see the beautiful Arabian palace night view from the restaurant. If you are lucky, you can watch the fireworks from the terrace seats. This is a little-known fact.

Please go to this restaurant, and eat to high-quality curry. Definitely delicious!!!

Chef Mickey - Greeting with Mickey's friends in hotel

I'd like to introduce Chef Mickey. This restaurant is located on the first floor of the Ambassador Hotel. The restaurant is buffet style, and the theme is character dining. This restaurant has various Mickey Mouse motifs, and there is a hidden Mickey Mouse in various places in the restaurant, so it's popular with children.

The restaurant has three periods, breakfast time, lunch time and dinner time. Breakfast (7:00-9:30) is for hotel guests only. The price is 3,430 yen. Lunch (11:30-15:00) is 4,120 yen. Dinner (17:00-22:00) is 4,900 yen. Breakfast and lunch have a 90 minutes system, but dinner has a 120 minutes system.

The restaurant menu items are mainly Japanese food and Western food, plus fruits, cakes, breads and so on. The menu items for children are Japanese soda, popcorn and gummy candy.
There are limited time menu items for Halloween, and December will have menu items  for Christmas.

The best of thing is to meet Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Daisy Duck, who come to each table. You can take a photo together, get a signature and talk with the characters. These characters have original costumes. Mickey Mouse is in a chef costume. He is very cool!!

I went to this restaurant for the second time. I ate various kinds of food. The most delicious a pancake food is in the shape of Mickey pancake. You can put fresh cream, butter and syrup on your favorite pancake. The taste of the egg is very good. It's very delicious! This pancake is too delicious, so I ate five slice of pancakes.

The restaurant's atmosphere is very good. It seats about 196. There are booths and table seats. This restaurant is difficult to reserve, because it's a very popular restaurant. But these is one easy way to get a reservation. That is to stay in a Disney Hotel. There is a section for only hotel guests. You can easily to go to the restaurant.
Chef Mickey is an interesting and fun restaurant. Please meet Chef Mickey Mouse.

Zambini Brother's Ristorante - A cheaper Italian restaurant

I'd like to introduce Zambini Brother's Ristorante. This restaurant is located in the Mediterranean Harbor area of Tokyo Disneysea. The restaurant made by the three Zambini brother's who renovated a winery. So there are a lot of wine barrels in the restaurant.

The restaurant menu items are mainly pasta, pizza and rice casserole, but there are also seasonal menu items. There are limited time menu items for Halloween now. The special set is spaghetti pomodoro with octopus and zucchini, grape jellied dessert and soft drink. The price was 1,580 yen. The food is in the image of Ursula from the Little Mermaid movie.

The restaurant serves alcohol such as, beer, red wine, white wine and seasonal cocktails. The special cocktils include grape and blue curacao cocktails. This cocktail does not look delicious to the eye, because it's blue and purple. I don't feel atteacted to that drink. But there are various kinds of alcohol.

I went to this restaurant many times. I ordered the spaghetti bolognese and tiramisu roll cake. The price was 1,070 yen. Bolognese is like meat sauce. You can put graled cheese and tabasco on your favorite spaghetti. The spaghetti noodles are firm and there is a lot of bolognese sauce. Noodles and bolognese, entuined together was delicious.

Second it's tiramisu roll cake. The dessert was very delicious!! I  always order it, because it's so delicious. It's large, and almond and fresh cream go well with tiramisu roll cake. I can eat this dessert again and again.


The restaurant is two-stories and spacious, and there are many seats. You can relax and slowly eat your meal. The restaurant has terrace seats on the first floor and furm the second floor. you can watch the show from the terace seats, so it's crowded for the show. Especially I recommend going at night, because you can see a beauntiful harbor night view from the restaurant.

Finally there are three Itallian restaurants in Tokyo Disneysea, but this restaurant is most list expensive than other Itallian restaurants. Going without a reservation is OK.
If you go to the restaurant, please try to watch the show from the terace seats.

Grandma Sara's Kitchen -Proud of their Home Cooking

I'd like to introduce Grandma Sara's Kitchen. This restaurant is located in the Critter Country area close to Splash Mountain of  Tokyo Disneyland. This restaurant shows the best skill of the cooking mouse, of grandma Sara. It's a restaurant with a homey atmosphere that servel relaxed meals.

This restaurant mainly serves omelet over rice, and gratin dishes. The most popular menu item is Grandma Sara's Special Set. It's baked chicken with tomato-curry sauce and buttered rice, chilled cream of corn soup and banana-coconut tart and choice of beverage. The price is 1,580 yen. Other main dishes are chicken and rice casserole, meat patty with buttered rice and so on. If you choose a set, you get a salad and choice of small size beverage. There is child's set to age 8. The price is 920 yen. In additions, there are side menu items, desserts and beverages.


I went to Grandma Sara's Kitchen. I ordered the chicken gratin set. The salad dressing was French dressing. The price was 1,400 yen. The dish is broccoli, carrots, shimeji mushrooms and chicken. There were a lot of vegetables, so it's a well-balanced diet. The broccoli and chicken were large and chewy, the chicken skin was crisp and the cheese had a rich taste. The food was very delicious!!! But children may not like it because there are broccoli and carrots.

The atmosphere was dark and there was soft smoothing music playing in the restaurant. The restaurant is interior decorations and tables and chairs were made of wood. Critter Country is about animal folktales from the south that take place to life on the banks of a river in America. When I ate this food, I had the feeling of being in a forest. 
 
Finally, this restaurant seats about 530. The first floor is where the register, is located. The second floor is a for dining only. This restaurant can hold a lot of people. This restaurant is only one of a few that serves rice in Tokyo Disneyland.
I recommended this restaurant, If you go to Tokyo Disneyland, you should eat dinner at this restaurant.

HORIZON BAY RESTAURANT -Greeting with Mickey and friends

I would like to introduce Horizon Bay Restaurant. It's located in the Port Discovery area of Tokyo Disneysea. The restaurant style is a character dining restaurant. The Character dining restaurant is only here at Tokyo Disneysea.

The restaurant has two types of meal. The restaurant on the left side is a dining restaurant. This side is OK with no reservation. The course has a choice of two dishes from soup (seasonal soup, corn chowder), salad (seafood salad, garden greens, today's salad) or dessert (cake, jelly), choice of entree (braised beef, cordon bleu-style pork cutlet, grilled salmon with fresh tomato sauce, etc), bread or rice, and a choice of soft drink. The price is 2,040 yen.
The restaurant on the right side is a character dining restaurant. This side required a reservation. The course has a choice of two dishes from soup, salad or dessert, choice of entree, bread or rice, and choice of soft drink. The price is 3,020 yen. And there is child's set for kids aged 4 to 8. They set a choice of two dishes from soup, salad or dessert,entree plate and apple juice.The price is 1,730 yen. For 1,000 yen, you can get a souvenir plate. 

The character dining has a 60 minutes system. Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and Pluto come to each table only once in the last 60 minutes. You can take a picture together, get a signature and talk with the characters. The free talking with characters is very interesting, but you can't eat calmly because you don't know when the characters will come.

I went to Horizon Bay Restaurant for character dining. That day I didn't have an advance reservation, I had a same day reservation. I ordered caesar salad, grilled beef, rice, soft drink(melon soda) and special dessert. I ate this meal for the second time. The grilled beef is medium rare and the sauce is refreshing style Japanese sauce. The beef is chewy and not too soft, not too hard. It is just tender beef.


The dessert is chip'n dale cream cake. This is a 15th anniversary limited dessert. The taste is sweet and fluffy vanilla flavor. Brown is chip and red is dale. It was so cute and it's too good to eat.

I went to the restaurant for the second time. The first time, I got a signature from the characters to and photos. After that we took a picture together. The second time, I took a picture together and talked with characters. I spent a happy time. I want to go again!
 
The restaurant's atmosphere is very good. The restaurant is divided into 3 blocks. There are booths and table seats.The characters come to each  block. The customers are families, couples, girls groups and single. I think the restaurant meet characters, so many people use the restaurant.

Finally, you can make an Internet reservation until 20:59 of the previous day from a month ago. Some day Internet reservation are from 9:00 am, and restaurant reservations are from 10:00 am. Internet reservations are very difficult, so I recommend same day reservations.

Horizon Bay Restaurant most favorite restaurant at Tokyo Disneysea. If you go to the restaurant you can absolutely make great memories.
